The staff during my stay were exceptional, going out of their way to help with everything I needed. I loved the coffee. it was perfect, unlike many other places I've stayed. My kids also enjoyed the hot cocoa, which was a nice addition. However, the room could have used a bit of updating, especially in the bathroom area.
